Personally, I will take it alongside another supplement that does contain black walnut and wormwood, as I think that the combination of both will work well.I emptied the contents of one of the capsules onto a teaspoon to taste-test it, and immediately noticed the spicy aniseed flavour. Then I noticed that aniseed is indeed in the ingredients list.The recommended dosage is 1 to 2 capsules up to 3 times per day, so depending on how you want to interpret that, the 90 capsules might not last you very long.Manufactured in the UK and GMP certified, I think these are well worth a try.

You take one of them daily so this container of 60 will last a couple of months. They are typically sized and I don’t have any issues and swallowing them with a little water. No particular taste of smell from them despite there been botanicals within. A good price and a good supplement that is worth considering.

There is a lot to like about this supplement with a comprehensive spread of botanicals making it a very natural supplement. You are getting 90 capsules and I appreciate that they are suitable for both vegetarians and vegans. I find the capsules easy enough to swallow and you're taking anything between one and two capsules across one two or three times a day. With anything like this, I always start quite low and work my way up. These are made in the UK which is always a good bonus for me. There is no price on the product page at the time of writing, but I have been happy with the results and the quality of ingredients.
I got as i have long term lethargy and thought it could be down to parasite. Used the items and they helped clean out my system but did not necessarily feel better in health as much as I thought. Looks like the lethargy is not down to parasite. I can see how this item can be very effective, great value for money as the ingredients are great for everyday health. Upon opening the container, there is a lovely herby smell.It's recommend on the packaging to take 1 or 2 capsules 1-3 times per day, so I'm starting at a lower dose of 1 twice per day and will build this up to the maximum anount once I see my reaction to the ingredients.The capsules so far seem to digest well and don't cause any digestive issues. So far I feel they're slightly effective and I'm sure this will improve as I increase the dose, my energy levels seem slightly improved so far.I do realise it can take time to see results and effectiveness so I will update this review as I notice the changes.The capsules are average size and easy to swallow. I feel that these are great value, given that you get 90 capsules and are UK made. I'd be happy to buy these again for regular cleanses.
