All of our supplements are manufactured in the UK in GMP‑certified facilities. Each batch is independently tested for quality, purity and consistency.

Are your products tested?
Yes. Every batch undergoes independent third‑party testing to verify ingredient quality and consistency. Quality and transparency are central to our process.

Do your supplements contain artificial fillers or additives?
No. Our supplements are formulated using carefully considered ingredient dosages, without unnecessary fillers, artificial colours or synthetic additives.

Are your supplements suitable for long‑term use?

Ordering & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
UK orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within 3–5 working days via Royal Mail or courier.

Do you ship internationally?
At present, we focus on UK delivery to ensure product freshness and compliance with local regulations. International shipping may be available in the future.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow delivery progress.

What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate promptly.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free UK delivery on al orders. 


Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us before returning any items.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Can I return opened products?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened supplement products unless they are faulty.

What is the shelf life of your products?
All products display a best‑before date on the packaging. Most supplements have a shelf life of 18–24 months when stored correctly.
