I tried this Nootro Brain supplement and my feedback is mixed but generally respectful of the product. The formula looks quite strong, with bacopa monnieri, ginkgo biloba, L-theanine, natural caffeine, and many other ingredients, so it feels more like a serious nootropic than a simple daily vitamin. I can see how it may help some people with focus, alertness, and mental clarity.However, I would personally use it with caution. Because it contains natural caffeine and several active brain-support ingredients, it may feel too stimulating for some people, especially if they already drink coffee, are sensitive to caffeine, or are prone to headaches, anxiety, or sleep disturbance. I would not take it late in the day, and I would start carefully rather than assuming more is better. As shown in the attached pictures, it is clearly presented and made in the UK, which is positive. Overall, it is a powerful-looking supplement, but not one I would treat casually.

As I get older, I have noticed that I get very tired, very easily. Sometimes, I feel like I am existing within a fatigue fueled fog. On days when I am super busy, the feeling is worse. So, I was looking for a supplement that could help with mental and physical energy, without jitteriness from too much caffeine. There are 60 capsules in the bottle, so you get a full 30 day supply. I didn’t notice any side effects, like upset stomach or jitteriness, even when taken on an empty stomach.Overall, I am happy with this supplement at this point. It is still too soon to know how well it really works, but I am familiar with the powerhouse ingredients, and love the fact that this supplements combines them all in one supplement.

I have taken caffeine pills before for energy and focus, but this is so much more than just caffeine. I find these really help me focus mentally and I have not had any issues taking them. I like the blend of ingredients, including Bacopa Monnieri, Ginkgo Biloba, L Theanine and natural caffeine, and I find I have better clarity of thought when I take them in the morning. The capsules are really easy to swallow for me and I get no gitters or crashes when I take these.I have found these particularly useful when I have a big study session or need to concentrate for longer. I normally take two before a study session and I certainly notice a difference in my focus and creativity. I like that they are made in the UK as well, these are a really good alternative to taking caffeine on its own.

Now, I’m not sure how much of the pep-up I get from this is the nootropic ingredients, and how much is the caffeine, but wooooo - it works for me, I am super fast once I’ve taken it. Things get DONE!There are all the ‘usually’ mix of nootropics in there - I’m not going to go through the ingredient list - it’s there for you to see - but it has all the usual suspects for such a supplement. The 100mg caffeine per two capsule serving is like mostly the culprit for my energy, BUT, I will say I feel entirely different to when I just have an extra cup of coffee.An extra coffee - eg just the caffeine can leave me wired and jittery, but this is smooth. I am PEPPED and focusing, but not feeling sick-y as I can sometimes get from too much caffeine.In terms of practicalities, they are regular sized capsules with no smell, taste or aftertaste and they swallow easily.This far I’d say they are effective. My brain is certainly braining more today.

This is a good combination of supplements which have either anecdotal or some purported benefits for stimulation, brain function and cell health including amino acids, antioxidants and essential minerals. I have taken these in the day time and had no side effects such as over wakefulness later on in the day. I have found that Theanine, Green tea and Ginko do have a positive effect for me. In terms of immediate effect I find that if I take these in the morning I feel pretty alert by the time I get to work. The lack of side effects would be the main issue since some of positive effects of the listed ingredients are unnoticeable and as with any supplement you just hope that over time you are getting some benefits, time will tell. This blend seems to have been well thought out with similarly themed ingredients but I do feel it is somewhat expensive, particularly for only 60 capsules. I would normally knock a start off but they have gone the extra mile with more ingredients that normal for this one. I have taken various combinations of the ingredients and some on their own in the past and having a large amount of them together does make things simpler. However, the effects of supplements vary and are subjective so you should research the ingredients to see if this blend is right for you. The capsules are easy to swallow.

Interesting, I found these highly effective. They most certainly pep you up and keep you awake (if willing) however going to sleep is mostly unaffected (you dont' have to wait for them to wear off).I found myself activated, cognisant of more motions and imbued with more energy.There is another formula that is still my favourite and costs about the same (comes in a pre-workout powder) but this product here is a very worthy competitor.No side effects noticed, which is somewhat remarkable considering how many i took to test it after testing it.Easy to swallow, tastes of nothing, no jitters very smooth. well priced but could be more competitive.

I am not sold on the caffeine, but it is not unusual to see in similar tablets I have.I do like some of the other parts in the tablet and that is the main reason I take these, I take these every other day, I sort of mix it up with others and this seems to work for me.I cannot say I notice a difference between these and the others, but that is fine, overall the effectiveness seems reasonable, I feel good, brain feels a little more alert and I am able to focus a little better. Memory is still full of holes so no fixing that this time it seems.

Working in an industry that requires this, I am fully aware of the lengths companies have to go to achieve this standard.It says you can take up to 6 tablets per day, but I have aired on the side of caution and stuck to 1 per day with the intention to build up slowly and find a level that suits.I take it in the morning and have definitely noticed that my attention and alertness has improved. Before taking, I was coming home from work exhausted and needing a power nap, but since taking, I’ve not felt the need to nap.I’d say they have made subtle improvements to me, and I’ve not had any side effects from them. At the moment, I am happy with how they have made me feel and don’t feel the need to increase to more than one tablet per day. For now at least.Due to me only taking one per day, it means the bottle of 60 tablets will last me 2 months, making it pretty good value for money. Obviously, the more per day you take, the less number of days they will last.
