Modern life takes. We give back — naturally.
Ingredients
Each 590mg capsule provides:
- Iodine (from the organic seaweed) — 192µg (128% NRV)
Also provides:
- Organic seaweed — 300mg (organic Ascophyllum nodosum and organic Fucus vesiculosus powders)
- Other ingredients — 290mg: organic spirulina, organic artichoke, organic chlorella, organic green tea, organic ashwagandha and organic cayenne pepper
Those six are supplied as a proprietary blend, so the individual weights aren't declared on the label. We'd rather tell you that plainly than let you assume otherwise. NRV = Nutrient Reference Value.

How to take it
⚠️ Read the iodine note first
One capsule provides 192µg of iodine — 128% of the daily Nutrient Reference Value. Our label permits 1 to 3 capsules a day, which at three capsules comes to 576µg. UK guidance sets 500µg a day as the figure to stay below for iodine from supplements, so three capsules puts you above it.
We'd suggest one capsule a day unless a healthcare professional has advised otherwise.
Also worth knowing
- Iodine is one of the few nutrients where more is genuinely not better. Too much can affect thyroid function just as too little can.
- Dairy, fish, eggs and seaweed all supply iodine from your diet, and several other supplements contain seaweed or kelp. Those add up.
- If you have a thyroid condition, take thyroid medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, speak to your GP before taking this product.
- Not suitable for children — a single capsule exceeds the daily upper intake recommended for young children.
- Contains naturally occurring sulphites.
Take with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
