How to take it
Add ¾ of a scoop, or 3 heaped teaspoons (30g), to a glass or shaker with water, fruit juice, almond milk, coconut milk or whatever you prefer.
It's also worth stirring into yoghurt or blending with berries — hemp has a distinctly earthy, nutty flavour and it works better alongside something sweet than on its own in water.
500g gives you 16 servings. Best consumed within 3 months of opening. Do not exceed the stated recommended intake.
Can be used as part of a high protein, vegan diet plan.
