A simple, practical way to calculate what your supplements cost per day, per month and per year, how long your current supply may last and when you may want to reorder.

What the results mean
Cost per day divides the container price by the servings in the container, then applies the number of labelled servings used each day. The 30-day and annual figures use that daily cost so recurring products are easier to understand than pack price alone.
Full days supplied is deliberately rounded down. If a pack contains enough for 22.5 days at the entered daily serving, the calculator reports 22 complete days rather than feeding a half-day into a calendar date.
The reorder date subtracts your chosen buffer from the last fully covered day. It is an organisational reminder, not advice about whether to continue taking a product.
Finding the numbers on a label
Use the price actually paid for one container. Find the number of servings on the label rather than assuming that the capsule or tablet count is the same. If one serving is two capsules and the pack contains 60 capsules, it contains 30 servings.
If the directions give a range, calculate each end of the range separately. A product used twice a day will cost more per day and run out sooner than the same product used once a day.
Worked example
A £24.99 container with 60 servings, used at one serving per day, costs approximately £0.42 per day, £12.50 per 30 days and £152.02 per year. It supplies 60 full days. Your own result will depend on the price paid and the labelled serving information you enter.
