Infarct they contain 16 different ones.You get a two-month supply as it’s recommended to take one capsule per day. Although they aren't small, I found them easy to swallow with no discerning taste or smell.The fact that they are Vegan and I am supporting a small business in choosing these also sits well with me.

You get quite a lot for the price, and the packaging is compact which makes it easy to store. I’ve been taking it to support digestion and general wellness. I can’t say I’ve noticed dramatic changes, but I do feel a bit more balanced day to day. No side effects and the tablets are a good size. I’ll probably keep using it.

15 different ingredients make up this supplement of 90 capsules. Taking one a day with my breakfast to help with digestion and my sensitive gut they are easy to swallow. These is a subtle taste that to me is the aniseed which I haven't had for years and bought back memories.I certainly think for the price they are good value for money and overall the quality is good.

I’m so happy I decided to give these a go! I haven’t felt right for close to 10 years, and a friend once suggested trying a parasite cleanse. The constant bloating is gone, and I just feel so much lighter and healthier overall.I also took these alongside charcoal capsules, as I read they can help bind parasites together — I’m not sure exactly what did it, but whatever the combination was, it’s made a massive difference. I like the mix of botanicals that are in this artichoke supplement. Well thought out and all ingredients including in the capsule are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. You take one of them daily so this container of 60 will last a couple of months. They are typically sized and I don’t have any issues and swallowing them with a little water. No particular taste of smell from them despite there been botanicals within. A good price and a good supplement that is worth considering.

I’m happy with this product and it very effective my bloating ness is slowly going down on my belly and my energy levels have improved also my mood has improved I’m not tried as much as was and I’m feeling great and that’s good for me

I've tried various herbal sleep remedies before (I suffer from day/night sleep reversal issues) with varying results. These seem to help with winding down for bed, as part of a rigorous sleep hygiene routine (no lights or screens, no caffeine, sleep meditation etc) without actually making me feel drowsy or leave the morning-after grogginess that some remedies can.You take 1 capsule per night and there are 60 in the pack, so 2 month's supply. I don't take them every night though, only when I feel like I need a little extra help so it works out at a little better value for money for me! The capsules are easy enough to swallow with water and I didn't notice any particular taste or smell to them. The container is a flat plastic one, which is a lot easier for storing in a drawer than other bulkier pill pots.

This supplement contains Ashwagandha's 'gold standard' extract - and at the current list price of £20 (£10 per month), this is a reasonably competitive price just there. But this also contains a whole lot more, making it a good buy.Capsules are pretty standard for a supplement, packaging is good and shelf life is long.Recommended.
